She conducts therapy and supervision in English, Chinese, and Cantonese, from cognitive behavioral and developmental frameworks.

Personal Connections to Research

I am passionate about the science, practice, and training that promotes youth's well-being. My program of research aims to better understand biopsychosocial contributors linking early life stress and risks and resiliency to socioemotional and health problems among youths while informing and optimizing interventions. My clinical work specializes in the evidence-based treatment of children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health concerns.
