  • The Fats, Oils, and Grease (FOG) Regulatory Compliance Program outlines the procedures and requirements necessary to ensure compliance with environmental regulations regarding the proper management and disposal of FOG materials. This program is designed to prevent blockages in sewer systems, reduce environmental impact, and ensure campus facilities adhere to local and state standards.
