Gradescope: Deliver and Grade Assessments Anywhere
Note: Gradescope has moved from a Canvas LTI 1.0 integration to an LTI 1.3 integration
Gradescope is a feedback and assessment tool that streamlines the grading process online. Faculty can create and grade assignments and exams using Gradescope, and link them to their course in Canvas. The Gradescope grading and dynamic rubric-building workflow improves student learning and saves instructors time.
Gradescope allows instructors to grade a variety of assignments from exams and quizzes to online assignments. Gradescope works for many disciplines, and includes uploaded assignments such as lab reports, book problems, essay questions, programming assignments and more. Students can even hand-write or draw assignments and exams, then upload as pdf for grading.
When Gradescope is accessed through Canvas, faculty and students won't need to create or use a separate Gradescope password, because they will be authenticated via their Canvas credentials.
