Summer 2025 College of Science Spartan Experience for Transfers (SET) and Sparta Camp (Frosh) Orientation Advising is group advising for newly admitted students with their department representatives during their scheduled Summer 2025 Orientation.

Post Orientation Advising

Post orientation advising is available to College of Science students who have completed their Summer 2025 SET or Sparta Camp Orientation.

Note, if your transfer credit report is not fully posted our advising will be limited. We recommend students review their transfer credit report to confirm their records are up to date before scheduling their appointment.

Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments are currently not available. Appointments will be available for scheduling after students have attended their required Summer 2025 SET orientation.

Change of Major Interest

Students cannot pursue a change of major during orientation. Students will be required to meet all change of major requirements including completion of one semster of coursework at SJSU to be eligible to submit an application.
