SJSU Research Foundation Central Office is now open five days a week, and is operating on a hybrid work schedule. We remain responsive and available to serve the SJSU research community. All services and support continue as usual. All Central Office employees are in the office on Mondays and Thursdays for in-person meetings. We continue to be available all five work days via email, Google Hangouts, Google Meet, Zoom, and telephone to respond to your inquiries and address your needs.

Employee Payments and Reimbursements

All payments and reimbursements are now being made electronically via ACH. To ensure that  your payments or reimbursements are processed in a timely manner, please complete an ACH Enrollment Form for Employees. Your payment or reimbursement will be deposited directly into your designated bank account. The ACH Enrollment Form is available on the Research Foundation Forms page.


Vendor Payments

The preferred method of payment at the Research Foundation is ACH. To support green initiatives and to ensure that payments are processed in a timely manner, all vendors are asked to complete an ACH Enrollment Form for Vendors. Your payment will be deposited directly into your designated bank account. The ACH Enrollment Form for vendors is available on the Research Foundation Forms Page.

Invoices

The Research Foundation team is operating on a hybrid work schedule. To ensure that your invoices and reimbursements are processed in a timely manner, please submit your requests electronically to [email protected]. Please utilize DocuSign whenever possible.


Mail Delivery

The Research Foundation Central Office is now open, and the United States Postal Service (USPS) is able to deliver mail to our building at:

Counseling Support

  • Concern EAP: All employees are eligible for employee assistance through Concern EAP. Visit the CONCERN EAP website for details or call their toll-free number: 1-800-344-4222. You will be asked for a company code, which is SJSU Foundation. 
  • Employee Assistance: All benefited employees are also eligible for employee assistance through the Equitable Employee Assistance Program.

Timpany Center Updates

The Timpany Center is open as of August 2021.  Please note that every effort is being made to protect the community we serve, as well as Timpany Center staff. In accordance with Santa Clara County and State of California Health Officer Orders, as well as CSU system policies, the Timpany Center will reinforce the indoor mask mandate for all participants. To utilize Timpany Center facilities and programs, proof of vaccination is required. Additional details are available on the Timpany Center website.
