- Moye Report [pdf]: In 2013, SJSU retained Myron “Mike” Moye to conduct independent fact finding regarding an incident among several students in a residence hall.
- Special Task Force on Discrimination: The fact-finding report led to the formation of this group, chaired by retired Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge LaDoris Cordell. See Videos of the meetings of the taskforce below. At the completion fo the commissions' work, more than 50 recommendations to the university
